Scholastic Book Fair is coming - Can you help?

Scholastic Book Fair 

Thursday 28th August to Monday 1st September

WANTING TO HELP THE SUPPORTERS CLUBAND HAVEN’T HAD THE CHANCE

This year the Scholastic Book Fair will be held at Russell Street School from Wednesday 27^th August to Monday 1^stSeptember. We need people to help with the running of the book fair. This would involve giving 30-40minutes of your time in the morning between 8.30am - 9.10am or after school 2.50pm - 3.30pm. It is very user friendly and we will have an information session on Friday 22^nd August after school with refreshments available to show you all you need to know.

Our school benefits from this book fair so we need your help to make it a success.

Two people are required to cover each 30-40minute shift and an extra person on Friday the 29^th.

Your child should have bought their form home last Thursday and money needs to be in by this Friday 20th June. Skates are given on a first in first served basis and are limited in sizes.

Tickets on sale from Monday 5th May and closing Friday 9th May at 9.00am.

Raffle will be drawn on Friday the 9^th May in assembly and prizes will be available for collection immediately after school at the office.

Minutes from Meeting 18 March

The minutes for the meeting held on 18 March have been emailed and posted (see Minutes page to open). Thanks to Debbie for filling in for me while I was away at Poutama Camp. We are off to an exciting start to the year, with the following events coming up: Raffle for a Ride, Hot Cross Buns, and Mothers Day Raffle. Thanks for supporting these events. Our next meeting will be on Tuesday 15 April, 7.30pm.
